Chloe joined the team in January 2021 as our trainee Advanced Practitioner and successfully graduated as an Advanced Clinical Practitioner in December 2022. Chloe can assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate treatment/interventions and care for patients presenting with an undifferentiated diagnosis. She then progressed on to being an HCA and qualified as a Nursing Associate 2022 - Chelsea is now enrolled on a degree course for 2 years and will graduate as a Practice Nurse after that time Chelsea can perform smears, dopplers, childhood vaccination, injections, annual reviews
