We are currently taking new patients on in our Practice Area - all of Barrow, Walney Island, Barrow Island, Rampside, Roa Island & villages to Aldingham Village.
Please call into the Surgery for a registration pack.
Please note that we will ask you to sign a letter confirming that you are aware that if you are currently taking certain medications such as Diazepam or Pregabalin then we may not continue to prescribe this. Also patients with long term conditions which require a sick note will need to be reviewed by a Doctor.
Once you complete your registration form we will contact you with an appointment. This may take a few weeks as our HCAs are typically fully booked up to a month in the future. We require all new patients to have a health check with one of our Health Care Assistants (HCAs). This is an important appointment as we may not receive your medical records from your previous Doctor for some time and thus enables us to get to know whether you have any medical conditions and whether you require any medication.
If if you fail to attend this appointment we will assume that you no longer want to register with us and will cancel your application.
