Appointments

We are currently reviewing the way that our Appointment System works with the Practice Patient Group.

We will continue to operate the Duty Doctor system throughout October urgent on the day requests to be seen are triaged by the Duty Doctor.

How to see the doctor

Appointments can be made over the telephone or by calling into the surgery. Wherever possible you will be given an appointment to see the doctor of your choice, but in certain circumstance you may be offered an appointment with another doctor in the practice, but the doctor you see will have all the relevant notes on their computer to help deal with your appointment.  We offer a lot of telephone consultations at the Practice.

Doctors appointments are at 10 minute intervals.

 Call Monitoring

Our telephone system monitors all calls to the surgery to improve our service. All calls are confidential and only the doctors and manager have access to the system.

Mobile Phones

We request that mobile phones are switched off in the surgery as they interfere with some of the medical equipment and interrupt consultations.
